The shirt quality was super soft and the screen printing came out great! They shipped the shirts super fast and I received my order in a few days! :)

The tshirts are super soft and the screen printing was done well. One of my shirts was a little off there, but the customer service at Custom Ink is fabulous and corrected the issue completely. I would highly recommend getting these shirts AND using Custom Ink.

The t-shirt material is great quality and soft to wear. We love the quality of color in our own custom logo as well as the overall look and feel of the shirt.

Website is very user-friendly, customer service was friendly & helpful when I called with questions, and the product came exactly on time. However, the printing quality was very, very poor. The design submitted is very bold/bright, and the printing was washed out and "faded" and almost pastel. Looks nothing like the colors on the artwork submitted. I don't expect it to last through even 1 washing. We provided high-res artwork files (my husband is a professional graphic designer), and yet the printing looked blurry and soft. The font used was bold, and even so some of the lettering was so thin (due to the printing) that some letters were illegible. We've used this same logo before with other printers with no problem, so I know the issue wasn't with the logo....it was poor printing. This was a "test" job for future merchandise for my organization, and shirts definitely did NOT pass the test. These were awful. I wish I'd had time to re-print, but unfortunately they arrived the day before my event so I had no choice. I definitely won't be using their services again.

Very soft and comfortable, although the picture did turn out a little mushy. Other than that, it was great!

The shirts were decent when they came in, just the feel of the shirt is not very soft or comfortable. The website and design process is cumbersome, hard to navigate, and is not user friendly. The shipping of the shirts was fast and was delivered with care. Communication was excellent.

This is my second order with Custom Ink and I haven't been let down! The material is super soft and they have many options to design exactly what you have in mind. One of my designs looked fine online but black on the fabric was illegible when I received it. But the customer service agent promptly ordered a new T shirt with everything else the same except a different font color. All of this at NO incremental cost to me. I'm really impressed by their customer service. Will absolutely order my custom Tshirts from them every time!

This was our second order from CustomInk.com. The shirts we’ve purchased have been top quality. Their silk screen printing is top notch. Our employee loves the shirts. He said they are very comfortable and soft.

Email says it but in short.... Goal was a soft feeling comfy T that looked vintage. Thought we had that product nailed down buy then was told my logo would not wok on those T's. Would've been good to know that immediately. The suggested Hanes T is neither soft nor vintage looking. Complete fail on the final product from what was desired.

I will not be ordering from here again. the sizes were not the same even though it was the same bella and canvas ultra soft. We almost ordered a size up for 2 employees because they were to short.

The artwork looked great, and the Port & Company Hoodie was super soft and cozy. Our faculty and staff love our new school shirts! Thank you for helping us get the final product to our staff before we leave for winter break!

Overall, custom ink provides a good product and is definitely better than other custom printing companies I jave used in the past. The selection of shirts is amazing and they are actually soft! Very quick time from submission to shipping and receiving the product.
