This is my 3rd time ordering from Custom ink and as usual the service and final product turned out great! Shipping and tracking are always top notch and I received the product 2 days before the estimated delivery date and just in time for our first softball game.

One word AWESOME!!! We played in a softball tournament and its was cold . The hoodies came in handy. Thanks so much Customink. Your company is awesome. I will do future business with you for sure.

I had a very good experience with CustomInk. Their website was very easy to navigate when designing our softball jerseys. I had a couple late changes that I needed to make and they helped me out over the phone and through multiple emails making sure that the changes they made were exactly what I wanted. Very friendly to talk to on the phone. Will definitely order through them for any future teams that I play on.

The CustomInk website was very easy to use and the online sign up sheet made it simple for my softball team to sign up for sizes without me having to chase them around. The CustomInk customer service was always friendly and more than willing to help with any questions or concerns I had about my order. Best of all, my order arrived on the exact day it was suppose to and my teams softball jerseys were perfect!

The shirts are great very bright and comfortable. We originally ordered the the shirts for our softball team and fans. As soon as the shirts came in other people have asked if we could put in a second order. We have a display case and I am trying to talk the leadership into putting in another order and selling the shirts to help out with our building fund. My question is this :) Is there any room for a deeper discount on a reprint so the church can sell them and keep the price down? We would be more then willing to place your advertising and or website info on the display case in return for the favor. Thanks much!!! Hope to do more business in the future!!

I have used CustomInk in the past when ordering shirts and always had a pleasant experience. My most recent order really blew me away. On the site, they talked about guaranteeing that my order would arrive in 1 week no matter what. I received my proofs but waited a few days before approving because we had a late addition to our team. I was ordering shirts for our coed softball team, alot of us are parents and wanted some small shirts for our little ones as well but the custom name and number on the back only had adult sizes. I called customer service and they were quickly able to get us some youth sizes and still shipped all of it in a week. I was blown away when I checked my email friday morning, had a notice that my order had shipped, and by that same afternoon my order arrived. Fast, friendly, and the best quality! I will always choose CustomInk.

CustomInk is extremely dedicated to customer service and creating a happy customer experience. I ordered 25 shirts for a softball team and they turned out great!! They shipped in time and the shirts were reasonably priced.

Great website, great communication, great product. Used the design tools to order shirts and hats for my softball team and everyone loves them!

Very good no real issues, however when i was proofing, i would have liked to see all the proofs of all the shirts as i ordered jerseys for my softball team, just to verify that everything was correct, as it was, but just incase i would have been easier to verify the back with numbers as opposed to the grid style, this may be a personal prefference

The CustomInk team was absolutely awesome!! I ordered the shirts for a last minute entry into a local softball league and needed them on extrememly short notice and your company delivered a great product on time. I was informed every step of the way via e-mail and phone from my initial order through production and shipping of my order. Katie Durkin took wonderful care of us helping with the design and quick turnaround time. Once our design was approved, Stephanie Christman-Stiles did a great job checking in and informing me of my order status. My seven year old daughter saw your commercial on tv and has been asking about making a shirt. I was looking to make my own designs for a softball team I was putting together. When I was done she designed her own shirt. Blue, paw print and the number 7 along with her name. She was beyond excited and couldn't wait for it to be delivered. Well ,the shirt arrived ahead of due date and you would have thought I bought her a pony. Her reaction to having something she made was overwhelming!! She can't wait to wear it to school and tell everyone where she got it and that she designed it. She doesn't like going to school. So Thank You for putting a smile on my daughter's face!

Ordering hats and jerseys for a company softball team was both simple and convenient. I would definitely use CustomInk again for ordering any event related clothing. I ordered 14 shirts for my softball team and my teammate used custom ink last year for our team shirts I also made and purchased shirts for gifts. On my last order of 14 shirts which I was happy with, but on my side I had a late player join after the shirts came. I got a shirt made for him it came out like 12 dollars more then the team price. I understand the situation with one shirt is hard to do cause of the quantity thing but I felt as a returning customer I should of been given a break. I still ordered the shirt. Thanks

CustomInk did a great job on our new softball jerseys. The process of ordering online was really easy, and the turnaround was quick. I spoke with customer service twice about my order, and both times the representative was really helpful and pleasant.
