My whole experience with Custom Ink was great. It was easy to upload our logo and order our softball shirts. The communication about my order was timely and concise, and the order arrived on the day that was promised. The packaging was very good. I am very happy with our shirts and would certainly order again!

The shirts came out exceeding my expectations! I feel the dark heather was a little different than I expected but the shirts still looked again! They were a great addition to our softball tournament!! We had a hiccup with one of our teams listed on the back of the shirt and when I spoke with someone regarding the shirts, they made it possible to edit the shirt to reflect the updates. I am extremely pleased and thank you Custom Ink for these shirts!

I love working with Custom Ink! I've worked with Custom Ink before, but never did a group order and I was SO happy that was an option for me. I was organizing an order of parent t-shirts for our little girls' softball team and I don't know a lot of the parents, so the thought of collecting payments through Venmo/PayPal was a nightmare for me to consider. Having the ability to collect everyone's payments through the group order was a game-changer. Thank you, Custom Ink, for making my life so much easier with group order, for the quick turnaround on the shirts, for the superior customer service, and the amazing final quality of the shirts!!

Custom Ink makes it so easy to order new and fun items with the logo for our softball team. This year a few players had babies so we ordered onesies with the team logo on them. Now we’ll have the cutest cheering section!

The customer service we experienced while going through the process of ordering shirts for our softball team was great. They were very helpful and cordil. Once we got the shirts, however, we were very disappointed that the shade of purple in the large size shirts vs the extra large war quite noticeable with some snags in the material on a few of the shirts, as well. The process of ordering was great, the product we received was quite disappointing.

Overall Catherine in customer service made me a life long customer for anything I will need from custom ink! With 1 phone call or email all of my questions and concerns were answered and fixed to my liking! She made ordering my custom hats & jerseys effortless and helped me create beautiful softball jerseys!!

Overall I am very happy with my order. There are 2 things that I am bummed about. The shirts run small so a few of them do not fit. I ordered these as jerseys for our softball team and they can’t wear them. Another thing, I added another shirt to the order with a custom back and received the shirt but nothing was on the back.... I paid for the extra shirt and would like to get a new one that is correct.

Custom Ink is great. This is the 6th year we've used them for our softball shirts/jerseys. It makes it easy for myself, the organizer, and product is always great and receive in a timely manner.

Initially experienced a let down after designing a super fun logo for our softball team and finding out you can't print celebrities without their permission. It's the law, whoops. Thankfully had a great experience figuring things out with customer service and had an easy time designing a new logo with the excellent web tools that Custom Ink uses.

I have only used custom ink twice for our softball jerseys in the last 10 years. Thats how good of quality they are. Great turn around time. Awesome company .

I’m thrilled with how Custom Ink helped my intramural softball team get some sweet t-shirts for our season. When I was told my original logo was not a public domain image, Custom Ink customer service did an excellent job communicating that to me and then helping to design a new logo that still fit the profile we were looking for. I will definitely be looking to order more products from Custom Ink in the future! Great job!

Made a big mistake. Logo was suppose to be a softball in the shirt but it turned out to be a soccer ball. Could have been my own fault. Not blaming anyone but quality was good

These hats are for the 10U (ten years old and under) girls softball team that my wife coaches. At that age, they're about half way to packing up for college. I think someday a few of the will find their old Mustangs hat in the back of the closet, pause, and "remember when". These hats are keepsakes and I cannot praise Custom Ink enough for their top notch product. A fair price and prompt delivery. I highly recommend Custom Ink.

I was tight on time for an event we were hosting for high school softball players who lost their season due to the covid crisis. It was an event to honor seniors and we needed t-shirts last minute. I wanted the year "2020" on the shirt so it could be remembered as the year their feet never touched the ball field. I ordered the shirts with ease and then you said two weeks, which was perfect. However, the order came in 8 days. It was amazing. The shirts are great too. The team loved them. I would absolutely order again. Good price, too.
