Dealing with CustomInk was fabulously easy!!! At the eleventh hour my old sorority sisters decided to put together a tee shirt for our reunion. I whipped it up on CustomInk, shared the design via email, everyone loved it and I sent out the group order form. So easy it was crazy! Where were you when I was in college?? (Please don't say, "The internet was not invented yet." It makes me feel old!)

CustomInk's customer service department can't be beat. Every year, numerous companies try to bribe away our sorority's business with one-time deals on t-shirt orders. I stick with CustomInk because you cannot beat the quality of service. Anything that goes wrong, any time of the week, any odd request, and still the real person on the other end of the phone is helpful and friendly. The turn-around time is great as well.

We loved working with CustomInk. I have been contacted personally by many of their staff to make sure my order was received and up to their standards. The product was exactly as we saw it on the website and we were given many opportunities to make this product our own. When CustomInk found out our shirts were for a fundraiser, they generously donated to our cause. We have never received service that was even comparable to that of CustomInk and will be using them as our priority T-Shirt company for our sorority from now on. We are already working on our next shirt from CustomInk, and look forward to this product as well!

I had a huge group order for my sorority for a trip to Florida. I was afraid the shirts would not get to me in time because the order was such short notice. I explained this to customer service (who are grade A in my book) and they guaranteed that the shirts would get to me on time. The shirt didn't just arrive on time, they were 5 days early!! I was some shocked! We received so many compliments on our shirts and I have more sorors who want them!! Highly recommend CustomInk!!!

The website says the Gildan Ultra Cotton Ladies Long Sleeve T - Black shirts run big .. I would have to disagree. The shirt fit rather nicely. I order these shirts for my sorority sisters and I. Some of the taller ladies with longer arms found the shirts arm length to be a bit short. Overall my expectations were exceeded ! LOVE the shirts and YES I would order again.

I found CustomInk through a commercial I saw on tv one day, the ironic thing was I was in need to shirts for our upcoming recruitment semester for my sorority. So I got online and begin the process immediately, the customer service is above & beyond with their friendliness and their constant interaction with me as my shirts were in production. The final product was amazing and we have received many compliments on our shirts. CustomInk well definitely be seeing more business from my organization, thank you so much!
