This was a great experience. I'm a club sponsor at our school and my students were able to make the shirts with ease.

The customer serviced I received was more than amazing. This was my first time using Custom Ink so I had lots of questions. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and understanding. Because we ordered much more than expected, we used the extra money raised to sponsor our special education kids in the sport to purchase them clothing if they were unable to afford it. I received so much help on adding additional clothing to the order and adjusting things a million times. I also received an email wishing us luck on our season. That added touch really felt like Custom Ink cared about my team as a customer.

An excellent job was done on several sponsor logos that I thought may have had suspect quality. Also really appreciated your community outreach recognizing and contributing to our fundraiser!

Can't say anything negative about my experience with customink. The material quality is quite high and breathable, albeit I did not expect the shirts to be so sheer, might just be a trade off in the material. With that said, the printing and color are phenomenal. They look 1000x better than they did online. When putting one on, I did notice they tend to lean towards fitted rather than loose. The team and our sponsor loved them. Very good experience. I'll refer anyone looking to get clothing customized to customink.

Communication was terrible, one logo was put on hold because they said it was licensed ( it wasn't) took 3 days to straight that out. Then they complained about our corporate sponsor logos, after THAT was straightened out I was told they had issues with LSU as a sponsor, put order in hold again. I finally told them to remove LSU and, mashed the shirts, thankfully I called2 days later when I didn't get shipping confirmation and found out they never released the order! In the end, I didn't have the right numbers and sizes, sponsors didn't get their shirts, kids had to wear the SANE shirts 2 days in a row (teenage boys! Yikes!).

I work at a school as a faculty sponsor for the Class of 2019 (seniors). In past years, we have ordered directly from the website and it has been a fine experience. This year, we worked directly a representative (Ms. Luana Pak) and the experience was amazing and effortless!

Creating designs and putting sponsor designs in to pre-existing templates is so easy-to-use. You may need to research the actual apparel or accessories independently. The customer service was awesome. They contacted me right away they sent proofs and made the adjustments we wanted super fast. They then delivered a day before the projected date. I couldn't be more satisfied with the products i received. I will recommend custom ink over and over again.

Custom Ink's process for ordering shirts was extremely streamline and user friendly. We received quality shirts in rich color and with crisp beautiful screen printing. We received our order well within the time frame we were given by Custom Ink. The order was accurate as well. As a sponsor of different activities, I was well pleased with the overall experience and will most likely be using Custom in ink in the near future.

Designing, picking and uploading was a snap...took all of about 10 minutes including filling out my cc info. Best part was that I got a proof that I sent to my sponsor and they loved it sooo much, they offered to pay for our shirts! The follow up and tracking was also smooth and easy...you guys delivered one day ahead of schedule...I can breathe now...Thank you Custom Ink!

I love the versatility of CustomInk's design process. As a faculty group sponsor, each year, we have our students log in to CustomInk and design our club's shirts for the year. No two years look alike, and during the years that we've used CustomInk, we've always been very pleased with the results. It's empowering for our students to see their ideas and designs come to life, and we really couldn't do it without CustomInk!

I have been a high school class sponsor for the last 7 years. I have used CustomInk a lot. I have NEVER had any issues with any product we have ordered. They have always delivered by my due date, too. I know I can depend on them. This shirt had a college logo on it since they were a sponsor of our robotics team. I had to keep contacting CustomInk to see where we were. After 10 days with NO information from CustomInk I had to just yank it. The contact I gave CustomInk told me it should have been approved in 1 day and he was never contacted. This is the only less than stellar interaction I have ever had with CustomInk. I understand they had to go through a licensor, but they could have told me there were problems instead of waiting for me to call and always telling me it should be taken care of in a day or two.
