The shirt I designed was for awareness of breast cancer, and days after I received the shirts I got an email from CustomInk saying they would like to donate money for my sponsor! Although the tshirts were just for awareness and not a sponsor, the offer of their donation was tremendous!

Once again, CustomInk did a marvelous job with our t-shirts. Our event t-shirts had the logo of the event on the front of the shirt and the sponsors on the back, and they looked wonderful. CustomInk also discounted the cost of our shirt as a sponsor, and gave financially to our cause. They do great work and are generous. We will continue to use them for all of our t-shirts!

I like to shop local whenever possible. I live in the Florida Keys and the "dream" wouldn't be possible if we didn't keep it local. But, I've got to say, Custonink has done an outstanding job at a great price in a timely fashion! Hard to beat and maybe should be something to strive for from everone! If I find a team to sponsor, they'll all be wearing Customink shirts!!!

Getting a P.O. from a high school takes time and your company was not helpful with the process of going through several channels. I was just a sponsor of the event and threatened with the order not going through if we did not produce the P.O. Your company is not customer friendly to schools.

I have tried other custom sites in the past, but CustomInk has kept me as a loyal customer for three consecutive years. Every year I design t-shirts for my company's participation in an annual charity walk. The designs always print out better than the screen image. I love how CustomInk will call me and work with me if I need the proof to look different. The site is very easy to use and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I also appreciate the discounts. It's a nice suprise when I design a t-shirt for a charity walk and CustomInk contacts me with an offer to sponsor. What a great company!

Everyone was incredibly helpful, the process of designing the shirt was easy and feedback we got from the site, along with the amazing communication as our shirts progressed from design to arrival on my front porch made the whole experience worthwhile. We elected to have the logo put on our shirts and others thought we had managed to get our own sponsor....hee hee. Guessing we did some pretty good marketing for you at this race. I needed to place a small order very close to the end of the school year. Due to my school's delay, the order went out even later then needed. I needed the shirts before graduation, for days before the request got to you. When I spoke to your sales associate she was very pleasant and very, very helpful. I recieved the order the day before graduation and the graduation seniors got their Drama tees. Thank you so much for your extra effort. The shirts are amazing! The sponsor logos on the back were made to look better on the shirt (matching the "bold-ness" of the text and lines to be even and consistent over all of the logos, etc), and the colors are wonderful and vibrant-and matched what was shown on the website. Overall the process was fast and easy, the only difficulty was in the inability to save an existing design: whenever we made a small change to the design, the shirt had to be saved under a new name. But this was only a small frustration, all else was absolutely wonderful! AND we received the shirts earlier than the guaranteed date! Big plus!!!

I randomly received an email from your outreach department requesting to sponsor my participation in a charity walk. I thought this was great and hope the donation comes through.

I am overall happy with customink. It's tough to shop and compare this kind of thing. I'd like to take advantage of your discount by using your "sponsor" logo, but it is waayyy to big and detracts from my designs. You are a quality organization and I can appreciate your price points. You are "steak" and sometimes I can only afford "hamburger."

I have had the pleasure of placing two orders with CustomInk in the last 12 months as I am a sponsor for a recreational football team. I must say I have been extremely impressed with the organization. The website is fantastic and allows you to truly be creative and design custom apparel like a professional. You can receive an immediate estimate on your potential order. In my case, they allowed a simple interface to put all my players' names and numbers on our shirts. I have communicated with their customer service department twice. Both times they have been friendly, courteous and helpful. Once was to make a last minute change which they were able to do at no extra cost to me. The second time they contacted me because they wanted to lend their experience on a color combination they thought might be hard to see. Any time I have called a live human being answered the phone with no hassling menus to navigate. Overall, they make what can be a difficult process as easy as it can be. I would highly recommend them to anyone with custom apparel or uniform needs. They really are a great company to work with.
