We all love the sweatshirts we ordered, but when we were making the design online there was really nothing like what we were think and we didn't have a design. The sweatshirts came out good, they all fit and everyone like them. We would all order from here again.

We're a small girls lacrosse club. We wanted sweatshirts, warm up shirts, sweatpants, and caps with our logo. Your design tools are top notch. Very easy to use and can create wonderful designs. The templates work great! We used your sign up lists to make sure everyone put in their own sizes. We were also able to copy the list to excel to ensure we could track who paid and who picked up their orders. Everything arrived on time. We had one problem with a pair of sweatpants and you solved the problem ASAP. For small to medium sized groups, your services just can't be beat! Thanks for making this experience much easier than it has been in the past. We'll be back next season!

The young lady that I spoke to on the phone was most helpful and called back a few days later to remind me that my order had not been completed. I thanked her for the reminder and that I had a few more questions that she then readily answered. She also sent me a link that I requested concerning jackets/sweatshirts as well. She did everything but ask me: "Do you want fries with that"? Just kidding on that part... We will order from your company again! Sincerely, Sally Brashaw

We ordered for a 10th grade Girl Scout troop and the girls all loved their sweatshirts.

The sweatshirts were a little on the expensive side, and the per sweatshirt price from the website did not translate to the actual per sweatshirt price. This was disappointing.

Our 4H club ordered personalized sweatshirts. Since I was in charge of our order, it was important to me that everything would be perfect. I called in a panic as when I placed the order - I wasn't sure how CustomInk would know of our desire for each girl to have their name & horse's name on their shirts. Mya answered my call and not only personally took care of the personalization on each sweatshirt, she was just as committed to our success as I was... in short - Mya ROCKS! The reason why everything wasn't rated highest was b/c for some reason the '13 on the back of most of the sweatshirts was very low. However the customer service was like my best friend the entire time. Ther was not a single person who I spoke with (I believe i spoke with every person in the customer service) and not a single person said anything that was a noxious or even anything of the sort. (Even though my group was super demanding) The color is great and overall I'm very happy. And I would and most likely will refer custom ink to other people. Thank you so much INKERS!

Great product! Everyone in the office loves them! I loved the customer service and the option for using "chats" to help solve any questions. I wished the sweatshirts would have arrived a little sooner.
