I came across your website through a google search. After looking at many other sites, I quickly realized you stood out from the crowd. My emails were quickly responded to. I was able to place my order on the phone on a Sunday night! The rep I spoke to was fantastic. She noticed a possible concern with the colors and quickly checked on it for me. The shirts are SO cute. The girls tennis team loves them. I have already recommended you to others. Thanks for everything.

A fabulous overall experience! We have used you before for fun personal items... t-shirts for Halloween & for large family vacation events. This time I volunteered to coordinate the t-shirts for our high schools tennis team. You made the whole process so easy. You were patient & you helped me to navigate an unexpected review by the athletic department head. Your graphic artist was incredible! The colors were true to our schools colors & the bold print & extra added touches were incredible. You have an amazing Graphic artist! Please tell her thank you!! I can wait to pass out the t-shirts at our upcoming event. The price was great & the service was outstanding! I will spread the word that your company is awesome!

I had no idea what to expect. From the first phone call, Customink exceeded my expectations. I was late in the season placing the order, and worried that we'd get anything in time. The CI representative on the phone was reassuring, and helped me to make the choices that I needed for our tennis team.

This is the second year that we worked with your company. Very easy to design the shirt and the people we talk with are very caring and want us to have a positive experience. You should have seen me when I got them. I was not expecting them until later in the week and you got them in early. I was ESCATIC!!!! I was just jumping up and down in joy. This is the first time that we have done ANYTHINg for our tennis team. Thank you so much!!! :)

We recently ordered a mix of sweatshirts, t shirts and sweatpants for our girls varsity tennis team- The girls tennis season is a very short season, so time was very important. Using your online lab we designed all three products, the team approved the designs, and we placed our order- I had to contact customer support twice, both times they we very helpful. I am delighted to say the team LOVED it all, the names and sizing were perfect, the quality of the merchandise was excellent, and the order was received one day earlier then expected. We will most certainly be ordering again, and would highly recommend your company to any team .

I have honestly never had such incredible service from every aspect of a company. The designers, and the the customer service reps went above and beyond anything I have experienced before. Specifically, Jamie Riordan was phenomenal with communicating, and understanding exactly what I needed. I host an annual tennis tournament, and I will only do business with CustomInk from now on.

The Team is so excited and thanks to your prompt customer service we actually received our RUSH order a day earlier than promised which allowed them to wear them to their big RIVAL tennis match! They love the SHIRTS!!
