The one point that I disliked about the tie-dye shirts I ordered was that I had to order a minimum of 6. There are only four kids in the group and they really wanted the tie-dye ones. When your customer service rep called me to verify my order and ask why I only had 4 shirts personalized, I told him that I only needed 4 because there was a minimum quantity when ordering. He sounded as though he did not realize there was a minimum quantity requirement.

Just great! The shirts look awesome. I wish the price was a little lower to add a design to the front. I ended up removing it to lower the price. The tie dye color is beautiful.

I had a few questions, so I called CustomInk. The representative I spoke with was extemely helpful. Originally, our team was looking at the tie dye shirts but the rep said these shirts run smaller and we would want to order a size larger. After talking with my team and the deadline we were under, we decided to stick to a solid color. I was thrilled the rep informed me, as I did miss it on the sizing chart. The team graphic looked fantastic and I received my order 3 days before the 2 week deliver time frame. I would definitely order shirts again from CustomInk.

These shirts were wonderful! I ordered them for a special event but before we wore them, my staff wanted to tie-dye them. I cringed at the thought of harming your outstanding work. Everything about this company is fantastic. I'm a class advisor of a high school and ordering class shirts can be stressful, especially since I do not have direct access to our class funds. Customink's customer service was able to help us with this challenge easily. They also got us our shirts 6 days before our guaranteed delivery date, which gave us extra time to tie dye our shirts. The shirts are amazing (and extremely affordable). We will gladly use them again next year.

Great experience. Customer service was extremely helpful and I appreciated the help they gave and did not charge for! I liked how you could work on something and when you called back for help you could talk to any representative. You did not need your specific rep. The only thing that would hawve helped but you may not be able to control would be to available shirts to print a picture on... I. E. when we send a digital image the available shirts you can put that on, like tie dye. Otherwise it was a great experience with speedy results and helpful, friendly reps. We will use you again. Easy to create, share and update designs. Great way for a team of 11 and 12 year old girls to get some consensus on what they wanted; having the sizes done by the parents was perfect. After I saw how the designs might look on the youth sizes, it was easy to change the order. And when I had questions about how the screens would look on tie-dye, the chat feature with an associate was critical. Bonus: I found a coupon for a free shirt! And, after being notified that there might be a shipping delay due to Hurricane Sandy, the shirts arrived on time after all. Happy crew.

The lime green tie dye shirts were a hit on our group trip to an amusement park last week. They really looked great together and you could easily spot someone in our group when they were on a ride or in a crowd. When deciding to purchase I JUST missed the free delivery cutoff and had to pay the crazy 25% extra fees for shipping. If I wasn’t happy with my design I would have searched elsewhere. Make sure you purchase within the free delivery window.

I like the quality of your shirts and the printing on the shirt quality. I have 2 disappointments, 1. I was unable to get a sample shirt (the last company gave 1 free sample shirt and a discounted second sample). The sample shirt was not on the tie dye shirt, and I did see a huge increasE I shirt sales when I had a sample. 2. I always place one order prior to the show and a second order after the show for late parents or those who see the shirt and want to buy one. The prices with the last company were based on the total number between both orders. With you, the second order many have so few orders, I may pay more for the shirts then I charged the parents. I am very worried about eating the cost of these shirts. I think I will order again, so long as I don't lose money on this experience.
