Great selection of design templates and fonts on CustomInk's website, amazing customer service (very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive), the Juniors Tri-Blend Deep V-Neck T-shirt was a great product (order true to size for form-fitting, order one size up for a looser fit), and I couldn't have been happier with the way the design turned out. The Tri-Blend V-Neck T-shirt is extremely comfortable. It does run true to size even though it says it tends to run smaller.

The picture I uploaded was EXACTLY what was on my shirt. Very pleased. I had to change the color of the shirt so the picture wouldn't blend in but they informed me of the problem right away and offered several solutions.

I was nothing short of amazed by my recent experience with CustomInk. The reps with whom I worked were totally invested in expediting my order so that my students would have their shirts for the last day of school. I fully expected to be chided for my ridiculously last-minute deadline. Not even once! To be honest, it almost seemed a little too good to be true. So immediately, I lowered my expectations. I anticipated spending half a paycheck on poly-cotton-blend shirts with second-rate graphics in leftover colors. Not so! My rep helped to find 100% cotton shirts that cost less by volume than my original choice. She even directed me to a discount code on the back of the catalog! I mean, really?! Everyone I spoke with at CustomInk was cheerful, positive and incredibly helpful. In particular, Kat, whom I first spoke with and Laurie, who saw my order through to its rush delivery, were both exemplary. Their courtesy, patience and willingness to extend themselves absolutely WOWed me! As a teacher who always ends up spending my own money in the classroom, over the years I have become a cynic and a crank when it comes to paying for "extras" to make school fun. My experience with CustomInk has been exceptional. I'm over the moon about this T-shirt order and I don't regret the money I spent one bit. The year-end "goodie bags" I used to give students instantly became clutter to be tossed aside (or worse, not even recycled.) These T-shirts are a meaningful memento of our school year and they are high-quality in every way. They're THE best teacher gift I've ever given-- every single one of my students was delighted! Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning to CustomInk sooner than later!

I'll be going back to ooshirts after this order. I had decided to try CustomInk because I had heard their products were higher quality and their customer service and payment methods were easier since I would be paying by check. I was forced to downgrade to a 50/50 blend shirt instead of 100% cotton in order to keep within my church's price range and was still charged a $65 fee for needed an extra screen on both sides. At Ooshirts this was a $20 dollar fee for both sides which they waived my first time working with them and also waive if you order enough shirts of both sides. CustomInk gave me a $20 dollar discount, however I was still forced to charge extra to cover the $40 that my church could simply not afford in concordance with our camp. The print on my shirts is no better than it has been anywhere else. The slightly more user friendly website was not worth the extra cost and annoyance I went through with CustomInk. I strongly suggest you use UberPrints or Ooshirts instead.

I was told that the tri-blend ran small - but I did not realize HOW SMALL. It was my choice to keep the small ones and not return them because of the time constraint and the end of school; however, I now have over 20 t-shirts that are toddler sized and will only fit Kindergarten. My group is 5th grade and I felt I had to purchase an additional order (which I felt should have been priced as if it were the original order - but wasn't) I will make this work and luckily I had a great fundraising year - this could have been a disaster though. This information is for your benefit in making improvements...I love our t-shirts and the printing is great. Thank you for making them look just as I imagined them.

In every occasion of calling, I've found the "customer service" to be excellent. So good in fact, I'd like not to use customer service as the generic term to describe them. They in each occurrence went out of their way to think ahead and say things that were helpful like the pricing of the shirts and the ascending number per shirt pricing declines. They repeatedly helped by asking what else they could do to make the order better or more precise, and they were never irritated with my many inquiries about L, XL, XXL, blend of material, etc.

The process was very easy and suited my needs perfectly. I'm happy with the quality of the shirt and how the designs came out. Some of the black ones were lighter than expected, but that's Ok. I really like how the logos just blend in to the material. No raised edges.

I am a first time custom ink user but it will not be my last time. The website is super easy for anyone to use. It allows you to change quantity and product with the same design to get different estimates which was a feature I liked. I am very happy with the quality of the tees I purchased. The 50/50 blend was nice. The screen printing was good with no missed or light spots. Overall very happy with my experience.

This is my second time ordering t-shirts for my business with Custom Ink. I am very happy with the customer service I received (I had to make changes to the wording color so I would not blend in with the t-shirt color), the quality of the product, the price (I was happy that I did not have to order in bulk for my design), and durability of the shirt.

The custom ink rep that I initially spoke to (I cannot remember her name) was friendly and very helpful. I had the design ready to go but when she heard the kids were using the shirt for their tennis matches she suggested a different blend and her expertise definitely paid off based on comments from the kids. The shirts arrived 2 days early and in less than 24 hours from the delivery email. THANK YOU!

I ordered a lightweight Tri-Blend t-shirt (American Apparel 50/25/25) which CustomInk screen printed with the heaviest Plastisol ink that I have seen on a shirt in a long time. This logo will stand up on it's own. There is no way that anyone would ever wear this shirt. Horrible product and I will never do business with this company again.

The T shirt was nice, but the color and texture was slightly different where the print had been made. The shirt had a leathery feeling there and the color was lighter. The area of the print is pretty obvious, doesn't blend well into the rest of the t-shirt. Hope this goes away after the first wash. If not, I probably wouldn't order again in the future.
