I'm a little disappointed in how thin the shirt is (Next Level Jersey Blend) as it is almost see-through. I'm also disappointed in the lack of contrast in colors on the design. The proof on the computer showed much more contrast and clarity. Customer service was very helpful when I called to inquire about a copyright issue.

The Hanes shirts although ordered exactly the same less the color difference were not in fact the same shirts. The black was 100% cotton and the charcoal is a cotton/poly blend. Greatly prefer the look/feel of the charcoal over the black. The women's cut shirts felt cheap and were "boxy" at the bottom instead of the tapered fit you would expect with a women's shirt. The design team did help greatly with size/color recommendations. I just wish they listed that the shirts are not the same material when you change the color option.

I am so impressed with the customer service at custom ink. The product itself is great. I love the quality of the Tri-blend shirt and the screen printing is done well. I did have an order that wasn't as expected as the shirt was much darker than anticipated and some of our design did not show up. However, custom ink easily and graciously made things right by helping me get the design printed on a different shirt and expedited our order for us. I was so impressed by the level of their customer service and the care they provide towards their customers. I will always and only use Custom Ink now because of this level of customer service. Thank you for making what I thought was a bad day, great!

The customer service we received was absolutely exceptional. We had an issue with the order that was a blend of our mistake and Custom Ink not catching a spelling mistake, even though we approved the final design. Custom Ink replaced the order at no charge to us. They will have my business until the day I die.

Loved the online experience. I also called the store near me and they were an excellent help in getting me additional information and making me feel comfortable with the entire process. The product arrived ahead of schedule and the print exceeded my expectations. I did have to wash the shirt immediately to help it relax since the printing stiffened the print area slightly. The rep I spoke with did tell me in advance that washing would be needed, so that was nice to know in advance. I wish I had purchased an even softer shirt and didn't realize the shorts were 100% cotton. I had wanted a blend to avoid shrinking, but that will not keep me from ordering again soon with Custom Ink!

Another fantastic job by Custom Ink! The Jerzees Nublend cut is true to size (not super loose), the color (Kelly Green) is amazing, and the material feels of a quality that will hold up over several washes. I like that the weight of the blend is not super heavy, and the print job was well-placed and came out quite beautifully. I really love the work that the Custom Ink team does, and I can easily see myself ordering more from them in the future!

Bella + Canvas Tri-blend shirts are really nice and soft, and the logo looks great on them. The Gildan 50/50 pullover hoodie was a reorder, and we are still satisfied with the product.

Quick service and shipping, However, quality on “Bella + Canvas Tri-Blend” t-shirts left more to be desired. Would not buy this shirt had I known how see-through they would be. Also, wish there was an option to split the Rush shipping fee with group members.

The creation process was great, easy to use. Shipping was great, checkout was easy, but I really wish those of us that don't want to put together a group order, could get Tri-Blend shirts without a minimum of 6.

Custom Ink did a fantastic job partnering with me every step of the way from ordering to proofing to shipping! The only "knock" I have on my experience is the New Era Tri-Blend shirts run on the bigger side. While not the end of the world, it would have been nice to know that before placing the order.

Creating my t-shirts was a breeze and they were speedy! I was looking for something super soft and comfy and the Next Level Tri-Blend delivered just that. The icing on the cake was when the actual product was delivered - Custom Ink's presentation was spot on.

So the experience I had with custom ink was weird. I first placed an order for shits and when they came they looked amazing but after washing them the print washed off and the shirts shrunk at least bone size smaller. Custom ink was great and refunded me my money and I chose the tri blend shirts for my second order and I'm very satisfied. The second order of shirts is amazing and I would definitely recommend. Customer service is amazing.
