I cannot say that I am extraordinarily happy with the print quality of the digital print. I had a single color and it looks as though it did not blend very well. The color looks pixelated.

Every person that I talked to was kind and helpful. The American Apparel Tri-Blend T-shirt was extremely soft and light. The printing came out perfectly not too bright and not too dull. Everyone loves the shirts and people are coming up to me around my campus wanting to purchase one. I definitely will be ordering again.

American Apparels Tri-blend shirt is great quality and true to size. The printing was spot on and exceeded my expectations. It was easy to design the shirt and from hitting submit to arriving at my front door was 4 business days. There's a reason they're the first option when you Google custom t-shirts.

Overall good. The online program didn't recognize I had white, gray, and black. Only recognized one color which I was fine with and chose white. I chose AA and thought originally it was the mix poly/cotton blend that I'm familiar with and love. When I received them they weren't and realized I had actually chosen 100% cotton option. So some dissatisfaction there but due mostly to my own mistake and overlooking of things. I was happy that they did try to keep the shading color of gray by adding spaced out white dots. Great job there CI. I don't care for the type of ink you used and wished there was a water ink option to choose from. With that being said there wasn't much ink used on these shirts so it wont have the negative effect I typically associate with this type of ink. All in all they came out good. One thumbs up!

In a word, my experience was EXCELLENT. Customer Service reviewed my design (prior to printing) and emailed me to suggest a design change that was not available to me when I designed my shirt online. The CSR manually enhanced a graphic on my shirt by adding a thin white line around it so that it would "pop" off of the tri-blend black t-shirt that I ordered. The result was absolute perfection. I will DEFINITELY order from this company again.

Not very happy with the shirts. The quality of the printed logo is decent, although it isn't completely solid printing, it has little spot where there is no ink. My main issue is with the fitness of the shirts. The only t-shirts that I wear are the American Apparel tri blend shirts, literally I have about 3O of them, I love the way they fit. I'm not sure if the shirts get stretched during printing, but the mid section of the shirts fit like they are a size larger. The fit of the shirt is extremely important because I am a personal trainer. The shirts not only don't look great on me they almost get in the way during certain athletic movement. Overall I'm not impressed especially since the shirts were $40 each.

I was happy with the quality of the print and the shirt. The fit of the shirt and materials were consistent with what was expected. However, the digital printing process fills out the entire printable area on the shirt, meaning that if your image takes up only half of the shirt, there will still be a tacky/icky film all over the printable area, even if your image doesn't expand to the entire area. This is highly disappointing when you buy a more expensive shirt and feel that film over the shirt instead of the nice tai-blend of the shirt that you paid extra for. Overall, though, for most people, I'm sure this is a great solution. I just have friends who do DTG printing and apparel so my expectations and tastes are probably different from the average customer.

What a great experience! I ordered t-shirts for a departmental holiday party with only a week to spare. CustomInk was easy to chat with on their LiveChat website option, and called and emailed me immediately when there was an issue with the artwork so it could be rectified immediately. T-shirts arrived right on time and are incredible quality (the Bella and Canvas tri-blends). I'm still getting compliments!

Amazing, above and beyond, to be able to order 1) a small order 2) get it within five days! I checked out my local shops and they require 12 shirts minimum and two weeks turnaround time. The printed colors are beautiful, and I have always loved the American Apparel tri-blend shirt. I knew they run large, being unisex and having tried on these shirts before-- I wish I had ordered smaller, being for three women, but that was my own doing-- I felt better large than too small. The order was perfect. Thank you so much!

This recent experience with customink has been great,my initial experience was pretty good. However the first two purchases I made the t-shirt was a triple blend 50/25/25 I didn't realize it would be as thin as it was.After receiving the Gildan ultra cotton on my most recent purchase,i now know that's the quality of t-shirt I want. thank you so much.

Order the size you normally would order. Even though the site says "it runs small" it doesn't. The colors viewed online for the shirts and printing are very accurate. American apparel tri blend is very soft and TRUE TO SIZE!!!!!!

I ordered a simple black tri-blend shirt with a single word on the front. It fit perfectly and it looked just the way I wanted it to. I have not washed it yet. I am curious how the print turns out when washed and dried. If it will come out funky, dried out and messy. If it does, paying 30 bucks for that wouldn't be worth it. But so far, it looks good and feels good.
