So I ordered this product December 6th.. And it is currently February 17th and I just got my product. That is not acceptable, and I am thoroughly upset with your company. I had to email you guy several times to even give me an update of the situation and I feel like your staff could have worked harder to make it happen. I ordered that shirt with plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas and it didn't arrive until after valentines day. There is a serious problem with that and I will never be ordering from your company again and will be telling every person I know not to as well.

You guys have some wonderful people working for you. Everyone I talked with was so helpful and outstanding customer service. My wife loved the shirts and they make it to me in plenty of time for Valentines day. Thanks again for everything.

I was surprised by how fast our shirts came and how awesome the fit was. It was easy to design online and to see it on the shirts was thrilling. Easiest 1, 2, 3 ever! We are wearing our shirts on Valentines Day for our marriage anniversary. I will definitely order shirts again!

The custom designed shirt was a gift. A few days after my order was my put in an associate contacted me to help me take care of a photo quality issue. It took a few days to confirm, etc, but with Collin Wilson's help and consideration, it came on Valentines Day. Many thanks

I loved the website! Very easy to use and the tshirt came out exactly how I wanted it. I was extremely disappointed to find that my shirt did not make the guaranteed delivery date that I paid a premium shipment for it. Was late for valentines day and came the day after! But over all I would print more tshirts but will never pay for premium shipment

I loved it! This was my first time ordering from custom ink and the whole process was easy and quick and it delivered fast. I will be ordering from here again soon bc valentines day is approaching and I'm thinking about creating matching shirts for me and my boyfriend. This website is AMAZING and I couldn't have received any shirt better. My picture was outstanding! IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! It also shipped yesterday by the way!

Had problem with first print. I called and they replaced shirt with an email picture of defective print and sent out new shirt in 3 days still in time for Valentines!! Awesome customer service. I will definitely do another order!

This was a gift for my 8 yr old son. He designed it himself after seeing a TV commercial for Customink. After a week of begging us to order his design we finally gave in and bought it as a Valentines Day treat! It arrived before the estimated date and we were kept in the loop via email and website every step of the way! Will definitely be ordering again!

Very Very fast. I made the shirt while at work in the Philippines last week, and it was at my doorstep Monday! 3 whole days before Valentines. I love the shirt and I know my hunni will too :)

Custom ink couldn't have been any easier to work with as my grandson processed the entire order, and used me only to put in the details of my credit card. Fast delivery too as we were hoping for Valentines day, and are wearing it on February 1st!

My overall experience was great! I designed my t shirts for my fiance on our first engaged valentines day and hit a snag with what was on it but they worked with me to solve the problem. In the end I got the tshirt that i wanted to begin with =)
