I was so impressed with the customer service I received on this order. Initially, I ordered a photo on a hat. A customer service rep called me within an hour to explain why it wasn't possible and how we could move forward on the order. After explaining options, my order was sent to the art department to a rendering of my photo. The result (which I received an hour later) was even better than the photo! I was very impressed with Danny Wiedemann, my customer service rep, who listened to all of my concerns and helped me along the way. The hats were for my parents' anniversary and were a huge hit! Thank you again for all of your help.

The service was good, the site was good, and they improved my own uploaded logo for better printing. However, these hats are cheap, flimsy and uncomfortable. I won't be able to use them, and I strongly recommend not purchasing them.

Great but turnaround time for artwork approvals is long for what I need...especially when I placed a reorder and still had to do the approval process, seems to add 3-5 days total.
