I had the opportunity to both talk to as well email chat with CustomInk "Inkers" and regardless of the communication channel, they were always just great to work with. My congratulations to all of your staff. My only problem and it was very minor, was working through your web site during the design phase.

The whole process from start to finish was very easy. This was my first time using CustomInk but will not be my last. The only thing wrong was that I received an extra box of shirts that were not mine. I contacted Chris on the phone and he made arrangements for them to be picked up by UPS. No problem for me, just hate that someone had to wait a little longer for their order. Thanks again for the top notch service and products, at a very reasonable price.

I was very pleased overall with the quality of the Yopoong Cotton Twill Hat we ordered for an upcoming memorial golf tournament. The color and the embroidery were great and the overall quality of the hat was good. I do wish the hat had a little more structure behind the front two panels. The service from Custom Ink was great. They beat every deadline and the hats were delivered 3 days early! Great company!

Amazing and dependable. The design process was very easy and the results were very high quality for the price paid. I will be ordering with you again.

Website allowed you to pic art that couldn't be embroidered on the hat. Frustrating to do designs several times only to be told it couldn't be made. Actual embroidery on hat measures about 2" accross and is too small making it difficutlt to read. Scaling the proof, the design should have been about 2 3/4" accross. Very disipointed with the end product.

Service was outstanding....as this was my first time ordering hats the follow up on my design was again outstanding and the hats arrived a day or two before scheduled delivery was expected.
