I had a great experience ordering/receiving my product through CustomInk. I loved the prices, and the quality. However, I just wish that there was not a production minimum. My organization did not need nearly 300 pens to distribute, and although they will be good to give away for several years, it make it so we cannot order any new colors/designs until those few years have passed. I would have loved to order maybe 100 at a time.
