I spoke and emailed to several of your folks. My order was across 3 different items, so it was a bit difficult to navigate myself, but the Inkers were easily able to process my order so I was able to get the best pricing for quantity of items. They were very helpful and I am pleased with my experience.

Customer service was prompt and friendly and able to respond to all our questions thoroughly. Our order was a bit complicated and no matter whom we spoke to, they got it right away. My only negative would be that in all the shirts my students ordered, they made one mistake. They left a second "L" off a student's last name. When I called to inquire the possibility of replacing that shirt, I found out it would cost $32.37. That seems like a lot when we have already paid over $1400. A little one-time "oops freebie" shirt for orders over $1000 would be a nice customer service touch that would go a long way to put people more at ease when placing orders. This $32 shirt leaves us on a down-note rather than an up-note with our whole experience which, overall, was very good.
