CustomInk was the easiest part of our wedding process. We decided to order shot glasses and the system was easy to use and understand to make exactly what we wanted. Almost immediately after placing our order, a CustomInk Customer Service rep called to confirm they had everything right and go over the order. He was kind, quick, and efficient. (He also helped me realize I had put the wrong date on the shot glasses!) Finally, the glasses arrived several days before they were supposed to.
