Overall experience is excellent. My ONLY complaint/suggestion is that we be allowed to delete saved designs that we have no intention of using. Or, be able to submit a request to have them deleted and then have them deleted by one of your IT people.

The do-it-yourself virtual design shop is the best part of the whole process because it is easy to use and it gives you the power to create the design to your specifications.
