The website feature to design your own shirt was nice. It had a few kinks but whatever issues I had were easily handled by the customer service staff. I called the help line several times and placed my order over the phone. I spoke to 4 different people on 4 different occasions but they were all able to pick up right where the other person left off.

I have to be honest - there's service, and then there is the exceptional service I received with CustomInk. I must have received 5 followup calls just to ensure that each step of the way, I was clear on what my product would look like, how and when I would receive it and ensuring that I received my shirts in time and that I was happy with what I received. I would be a fool to ever go anywhere else.

Overall, I was happy with the experience and will use the site again in the future.

As it was with my previous order -- fantastic. Great experience. Great operation. Great product.

There are some technical flaws in the designing software. Other than that, customink went above and beyond all my expectations. Thank you, Tom Oakes

I figured I could get shirts cheaper somewhere else, but you made it very easy; my customer rep was really nice; you make sizing easy and the product was just as we had hoped.
