You offer great customer service. But your website gave me a price and after I put my order through I was emailed that the price was going to jump $72. I would've liked to know that before the order was placed. I was also disappointed in the product this time around for the price that I paid.

CustomInk's user interface for designing shirts is one of the best in the business. It is easy to use, automatically edits pictures to remove white background, and was overall fun to experience. Our company had many additional requirements so we contacted customer service over the phone, and the agent was really helpful and exceptionally friendly. We really appreciated the design approval stage as well. The tracking function is useful and the order was well packaged and shipped on time. The quality of the screen printing was great, and I look forward to an expanded line of higher quality, American made clothing options.
