Opportunity is to set a standard on how many items you will ship to a P.O. Box. I had a couple of different reps talk with me about it because I had 10 T-Shirts. It seems that it wasn't exactly clear, but we did resolve it.

In my initial correspondence before placing the order, we discussed an infant onesie, but what I received was an infant Tshirt, perhaps my fault for not catching the difference in the proofs. Also some of the text had been changed to a completely different font on all of the products. I caught it and called to ask why and was told it would be changed back to the original. Some of the original font was corrected, but some of it was still different in the end, and I'm still not sure why it was changed in the first place.

Everything was great. My mom used to own a screen printing company and I worked there during my summers when I was growing up. I know good stuff when I see it! The customer service was excellent too, they checked up with me every step of the way while my order was being processed/printed.

This is my 4th time turning to CustomInk to provide shirts for a softball team. As usual, everyone is elated with the final product. My one complaint is the cost of adding shirts to an order. I understand that it takes time to set up the processes to print additional shirts, but the $15 setup fee dissuaded me from ordering another handful of shirts for friends and family.

As usual, our t-shirts came in and were exactly what we wanted. The quality of the shirts and printing of our design are fantastic. The entire experience was awesome from start to finish. You can't beat Custom Inks customer service. We did have a little bit of back and forth about the proof but hey they were making sure that is perfect and I appreciate that.
