The customer service was excellent. We ordered 31 shirts with front, back and sleeve designs. When I called to arrange the sleeve design the CustomInk representative was most helpful and went through the design with me. Then, when I called to place the order, there was some confusion on the brand/type of shirt. The customer representative placed me on a brief hold and came back and completely handled the situation to my best case scenario. Everyone was wonderful to work with and I feel like the customer service was knowledgeable and very helpful. I appreciate a company that values such excellent customer service and I will definitely return with continued business in the future.

Great customer service and fast delivery, shirts arrived early. Second time I have ordered, only suggestion is that your site needs updating. While the website is pretty easy to use it could be better when designing and laying out how you want the shirts to look.

Iam trying to place an order for my other business Revampman. Your ordering process sucks. I should be able to place multiple items regarding colors and sizes in a cart without having to call and place an order. The order was screwed up twice. I now have to find time to call u back again to try to place the order once again .i am running 2 businesss and don't have time for this shit. I am a single member llc business about to place a $1200 order . If I want to get 1 jacket or hoody for me the business owner, why the hell do I have to order 6? You made a stupid deal with ur vendor. So now if I want one item made for me I will now have to go somewhere else to get it!very frustrated with custom ink!!!!!
