This was our first time ordering through CustomInk and found the website user friendly. We ended up submitting two separate orders, using the same logo on two different t-shirt styles-which was fine with us. A few days later we received an email from customer service letting us know that we had actually been refunded quite a bit of money from our initial order due to the fact that the same logo was used. I was amazed that the refund was issued without any questions from us-awesome customer service! We will definitely use CustomInk again in the future!
