My experience with CustomInk couldn't have been better! I uploaded my own image and you guys redrew it for me. I worked with Ashley Duncan on tweaking it and she was incredibly patient with me. And even though I essentially ordered my sweatshirts at the last minute and made a couple of changes, you guys delivered a great product in time for my event!

An important factor in our decision to use CustomInk is the availability of high quality American Apparel hoodie zip jackets, which are very popular with the students at our institution. In particular, the "asphalt" (a crisp medium gray) hoodie offers the opportunity to print school colors on an unusual yet pleasant background instead of being limited to typical school color combinations. Service was top notch. Due to a time crunch, we had less than a week to hammer out all of the details of the design, collect orders from students, and set up the final arrangements with CustomInk. Our delivery window was less than two weeks. CustomInk kept on top of our situation daily and delivered the hoodies on schedule. The design process, customer service, and quality of the items ordered are excellent. CustomInk is our Go To for our custom printed clothing.

Great customer services and follow up. I had begun my order with a previous order and it turned out the logo was on a non-standard side of the hoodie (which was not my intention) I placed my order without noticing, but gratefully CustomInk's customer service noticed and they e-mailed me right away to confirm my order before creating it. They were right, I had mistakenly placed the logo on the wrong side, so they fixed it right away, I re-approved the order and received all my items perfectly! I'm also truly impressed by the quality of the clothing. Totally satisfied and appreciative of the fantastic product quality and customer service.

I had to pay extra money $25 to get the logo smaller to fit on the women's Jerzy's I order for the wife and girl friends and basically spent more money all together on those ones and they came out the worst out of all my order and original the small logo was supposed to be on all the merchandise but with my decision making decided to get bigger ones for hoodie work shirts and Jerzy's simple to make a bigger advertising for all to see.... and the way the logo is placed me not know being a first time thing can not see the name of my company just the logo and the writing is hiding underneath all the women's breast so it looks pretty shitty " and most of the women are not on the extreme breast size so it was obviously a bad spot that should have been more thought out or seen by custom inks but other then that Im not in trouble because i got what the wife what she wanted but just doesn't look good but i still paid for them :(
