While there were a few hick ups, your team was amazing at getting it taken care of.
I selected these sweats because my students were begging for pants to march their shirts. After I submitted my design I received a call from customer service to make sure that every detail was correct. My students LOVE their new sweats!

Unfortunately I was late getting my order in on time this year. I understand the extra cost to expedite my order. I cringed at the $160.00 cost that was given to me. But- my fault for delaying my order. Accepted. But when I called back to change part of the printing (right after I had hung up. Before my order had been approved by me). Then I found that the charge for each pant would be an extra $11.00 (If my memory is correct) because the girls wanted "Sills 2013" on the back of the pants. I didn't understand why the extra cost was being applied. ORIGINAL; Front - GROVE '13 Back- SILLS CHANGED; Front- GROVE BACK- SILLS 2013 The representative explained that it was because it was like printing in a completely different spot because of the seam. YET. One of the original drafts was - SIL LS because of the seam the word couldn't be together as "SILLS". That wouldn't be an extra cost. But if I go by what they told me. That would be considered two completely different spots. AND, YET AGAIN. Last years print on the back of our order was "BACH SIDE". And there was no additional charge for that print as if it was two completely different sides. THEN when I was told that the shipping would go up to $200.+? That made absolutely no sense to me. The weight wouldn't be different. And it wasn't going to be any later on the delivery time than the original order. When the cost was given @ $160.00. I feel that I was in a position (because of my delay) that I could be taken advantage of. $600.00 for 11 pairs of sweat pants? Last years pants had all of the girls names printed on them. Much more details & half of the cost. (Although they were ordered in advance. I understand "some" added cost for expedition as I stated earlier). But I feel robbed. Sadly, we won't be ordering our kids bunk gifts from your company in the future.
I appreciated the timeliness of the entire transaction, and thought folks who we dealt with were friendly, but at the end of the day, we came away a little disappointed with some of our end product (the sweatshirts).

Great company. I had a fairly large order for a school track team and the customer service really helped me get the apparel the fast way possible for the cheapest price. Overall it was a great experience and good quality products.
I was really nicely surprised that your team combined my two orders into one to save me money. I think that could have been made a bit clearer at the time (I thought that one of my orders had been cancelled, not realizing they'd just been combined), but as an actual policy it was so great and definitely makes me a repeat customer. Thanks all.
Harvard Law Review,
We're a small girls lacrosse club. We wanted sweatshirts, warm up shirts, sweatpants, and caps with our logo. Your design tools are top notch. Very easy to use and can create wonderful designs. The templates work great! We used your sign up lists to make sure everyone put in their own sizes. We were also able to copy the list to excel to ensure we could track who paid and who picked up their orders. Everything arrived on time. We had one problem with a pair of sweatpants and you solved the problem ASAP. For small to medium sized groups, your services just can't be beat! Thanks for making this experience much easier than it has been in the past. We'll be back next season!
