The customer service provided by Leila M was 5 star. Leila was so helpful and patient with helping me work through my decoration. I had 2 locations on my design which I thought the surcharge was included in my final price when I checked out. Your website does state that there is a surcharge but it does not clearly state that this will not be included in the final price and that it has to be quoted manually after I checked out. Leila was great helping me to redesign and keep my order in budget.
