It has been a pleasure using your company to order shirts as a fundraiser for our school for the last two years. The customer service has been fantastic. From Tommy helping with the taking of the order, to Natee helping us approve and place the order, to Niki helping once we received the order. The customer service is professional, pleasant, and welcoming to your business. The quality of the screen printing we designed on the shirts met our expectations. As I indicated above, the quality of the material and the color were good but the sizing according to the parents the complaint is that the shirts run on the small side. The packaging is an area that I would like to see some improvement in. Just try to make it a little more convenient by placing all the sizes that are the same in the same box when ordering a large number of shirts. I believe this can prevent any error or mistake from happening. Lastly, the cost of the shirts. I believe it is reasonable but I do believe we should receive some sort of discount for either being loyal customers or a discount above a certain amount of shirts ordered. After this order, we just placed another order for our girls volleyball team. I believe if I am promoting your business because we are happy with the product, you can help with our next order by providing a discount. Unfortunately, this year it didn't end up being much of a fundraiser for our school because of the cost/pricing. We do look forward to working with you again.
