The web site was easy to navigate, the personnel were professional and helpfull. The suggestions and changes made for a better final product. The quality of the t-shirt's was poor to say the least and when they say "SIZE'S RUN SMALL" beleave them and ask for two size's bigger. I'm not sure if I will ever use CustomInk again but when pressed at the end of this survey I decided to say "NO"

Ordering is a little difficult because you cannot order more than 1 type at a time. Wish you could design and than place in a basket to order your next type. Customer service was great as they see a second order and gave back a discount at that time. Produced was delivered early and was perfect to get before holidays..

CustomInk website design process was user friendly with a number of quality brand name products to choose from. The customer service staff was very helpful in walking me through any changes and the design approval process. Sometimes for me customer loyalty to a company can be built on mistakes. This was not my first custom order from CustomInk , so they already have my loyalty , but I had a problem with my last order. The problem seemed to be in the manufacturing of the t-shirt, not the printing and only one of over 25 of the same shirt ordered. When I called customer service and told them of my issue they were quick to say we will take care of this and send me a new shirt. Not to many questions asked and shipped to me at their expense. That is how loyal customers are built.
