CustomInk website design process was user friendly with a number of quality brand name products to choose from. The customer service staff was very helpful in walking me through any changes and the design approval process. Sometimes for me customer loyalty to a company can be built on mistakes. This was not my first custom order from CustomInk , so they already have my loyalty , but I had a problem with my last order. The problem seemed to be in the manufacturing of the t-shirt, not the printing and only one of over 25 of the same shirt ordered. When I called customer service and told them of my issue they were quick to say we will take care of this and send me a new shirt. Not to many questions asked and shipped to me at their expense. That is how loyal customers are built.

I was VERY impressed with the entire experience I had with Customink. I originally started this project out with a local printing company in Denver that had come highly recommended. Unfortunately, because my order was so small, they kept putting me off, saying they had other "rush orders" that needed to be completed before my order - and the worse part was that they NEVER returned my calls or emails when I tried to get a status update! Finally after 3 weeks I had had enough and saw your commercial on TV and thought I'd give it a try. The website was extremely easy to use, I was able to upload my own custom art work, and the products available to purchase was very extensive. I placed the order on October 25th, confirmed the design, color, placement ect. the same day and was told I would receive my order by Friday November 8th. Imagine my surprise when I received an email saying my order shipped on October 30th and I received the package on Friday November 1st - one week BEFORE they said I would originally receive it! I love this website, and the company - thank you for making it easy for the "little guy" to not be left behind and for showing me that elite customer service is not dead and gone!
Everyone was very responsive and helpfull The only comment I have is that it took longer than necessary, as I couldn't talk to the design people directly therefore, it went through many interpretations.
