The customer service representatives were very helpful on the phone. It would have been very difficult to place the order online without talking with a representative because I had to combine different shirts in our one order. what would make it easier also would be if we had the option to delete saved designs that we have saved. I often forgot which design was the one we wanted to go with and had to open several until I found the one I wanted to use.

I was surprised every time when I spoke to the customer service representatives. They were ALL extremely helpful and polite. Each time I spoke to someone who seemed to really care that I got what I wanted and they were so very helpful.

The web site was fun to play with. Of all the sites I checked out, it was the easiest to use and you had the best art available for choosing something already created. The phone representatives, Molly and Erikka, were excellent! Both were patient, courtous and professional. I felt they worked with me so I felt comfortable in working with Customink. When I was first researching, Molly helped me understand what I needed to do (and not do) in preparing my order and design. Erikka carefully took the order and repeated it back, told me exactly what to expect -regarding the approval process, etc. She made sure the design would fit each shirt/size ordered, etc. The hoodies arrived in 1 week!! They were packed well and the packing slip was descriptive and definitive. I will definitely come to your site next time I have a similar requirement. Thank you so much.

i had a great experience ordering with customInk for the first time. as soon as i put my order thru, my fiance decided to add one more girl to the bridal party. my first thought was - he can add anyone he wants but he needs to figure out how to get another sweatshirt. even though it was a day or 2 after i put my order in, i emailed customInk to see if they could add it to the order. they emailed right away and due to timing, they were able to add it in. and even though i added a sweatshirt after my initial order, it still arrived on time. if i had to note anything, i would say that since i added to my order, i emailed them to see what i needed to do to pay the difference? however after not receiving any email back, i did check my account and they had already charged it on my card. i could not find anything confirmation that this was or had already happened. i would have loved a heads-up. but it all worked out in the end and it was all very seamless. i would definitely order from them again.

I was trying to buy two sets of hoodies one for men and one for women. It was a bit difficult figuring out how to do this on your website, but the customer service agent did a great job helping me over the phone! I also really liked the proof that you guys send by email. Overall the customer service was great it was just the actual items that were lacking.
