Overall very good experience with Custom Ink. The individual I worked with helped me with a very large order being shipped to multiple locations country-wide. The only issue I had, and part of this is my fault, I was not informed my order was not complete until I did a final proof review. I had a tight deadline for a company-wide event and this was not made because I did not see the email to review the proof until after I got back from a vacation where I had no internet connection. I should have thought about there needing to be proof approval, but did not. I do wish I had been more explicit that my order was not completely placed until that was finalized. I was under the impression since payment went through I was good to go.

The kind and courteous service received when working with Custom Ink is so appreciated. In a time such as this, customer service has taken a backseat, but with your company these actions are the reason we continue to order from you. From the start of the process of designing the shirts communication was incredible. The chat option (which I absolutely detest using in any aspect of business not just ordering from Custom Ink) assisted me to connect with the design department within 10 mins. after asking some questions and reviewing the design. But what truly impressed me was the suggestion made to correct the order as that shows to me as a customer that you all are truly looking at orders to determine if you can assist by tweaking a design or color. I received communication when there was a possibility of delay in delivery due to the minor changes but you all came thru and the shirts were delivered on time. Thank you Custom Ink.
