I have shopped with Custom Ink in the past and I trust the quality of their product. However, my experience with them has been extremely wonderful. I was in a bind, and I needed shirts for the Alzheimer's Walk right away. I made the call and not only did I get the shirts that i needed (with my own design) but i got them three days prior to the date and time I needed them. This was a two-week turnaround time. The communication between the representative and myself was unbelievable. I highly commend Susan Garmon and her team for a job well done. I will continue to use CustomInk for all special projects that I have. Kudos

The customer service at Custom Ink is the best I've encountered. I got amazing in-person help at the store from James, their online group ordering functionality meant I didn't have to handle any money, and their follow-up service to ensure the order was correct shows how much Custom Ink strives to provide quality products. Custom Ink and its employees obviously care and want to earn return business. I will be ordering from them again!
