when ordering the shirts the name troop 173 was not printed on the left arm sleeve as requested. now with the shirts distributed and worn we cannot return them.

I would have rated this as a great experience HOWEVER I paid for rush delivery for a corp. event. I tracked the package the night before our delivery date to confirm the next days delivery only to find out that I had an alert on my order to call customer service. After calling I found out that my package was delayed. AT NO TIME during that week did I receive an email or customer service call telling me that there was an issue - therefore had I not tracked the package myself, I would not have know that I was not getting my order on time. Because this was for a corporate event this was very frustrating and disappointing. I received a refund on the rush delivery but no apology from my customer rep, therefore the customer service/delivery rating I would give Custom Ink would be poor.

I needed help in finding shirts that would fit a wide range of sizes. The chat feature was super helpful in allowing me to quickly identify what shirt and how to even create shirts with the same design, but in 2 different colors. Beginning to end, the process was simple and easy -- uploading, proofing, paying, receiving.

Regarding our 60 t-shirt order: The design was very easy to work and setting up the group order form was a piece of cake. The customer service inspired much confidence. Every Custom Ink staff we worked with was genuinely courteous and accommodating. The shipped order arrived a few days prior to the guaranteed delivery date...just Awesome! We loved how the shirts were packaged and the quality of the material was not of the cheap see through type. We do have one small detail we think could be improved. The delivered box was torn at the bottom, but it was obvious it happened during transit - Not Custom Ink's fault. However, while the t-shirts where wonderfully packaged in moisture protective plastic, we felt the cardboard box they came in could have been more rigid/stronger. We will definitely recommend and use Custom Ink for our services going forward.
