I would waive it an average experience as the lettering on the front of my shirt was supposed to be off-set and it was on the center of the chest.

The only problem I've had with ordering is providing the number of t-shirts to order. The site asks for the number, but I can't provide it. I'm using a MacBook Pro and Safari. I'm planning a fund-me page for my animal photos at the San Diego Wildlife Alliance, and I'm hoping for a good response. AI has helped to guide me. Sincerely, Dr. Mowry

I set up a group order form and a price was set. The group ordered more than anticipated. Everyone paid in full but I still had to pay a close to an extra $100 to fulfill the order. Very frustrating. Plus they missed one medium and sent a small instead. Wish I would have made aware of price change. I contacted customer setvice 2 times and never heard back. Shirts look great.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with your company. I received such great and personalized help while trying to consolidate emails from our company, and discussing what we've ordered in the past. I also received wonderful help with logo changes. Overall, we will continue to order from your company as you have been nothing but wonderful for us.

Easy to design. Image turned out perfect. The website helped me change it from 4 color to 2 color which saved money and still looked great. Printing and shipping was fast

The process was simple and user friendly! It took me less than 15 minutes to order online, and I was able to get an "expedited" order. The items arrived on time as promised.

I completed the form on the custom ink website and explained that the shirts that I received were unfortunately smaller than expected and thus useless. I have yet to hear back from anyone on this.

Great for just a single graphic on multiple different colored shirts. Loved that it provided suggestions for additional items to add the graphic to, but would have loved to be able to edit the additional items, such as the sweatshirts, the original graphic would have been to high in the back of a hooded sweatshirt.

The ordering process was straightforward, and the customer service team has been responsive. Unfortunately, the final product did not meet expectations. The printed shirts differed significantly from the approved artwork, with noticeably duller colors and, in some designs, blurry and poorly defined text. The issues were consistent enough across the order that they could not be dismissed as isolated defects. Given the approved proofs, the cost of the order, and the intended use as event merchandise, the overall quality fell well below what I expected. While I appreciate the team's willingness to review the issue, the product I received was disappointing and I would be hesitant to place another order without stronger quality assurances.
