I order shirts every year for an event. Last year I went with CustomInk, and had a great experience. I had them draw me up two custom images. The two week time period felt a little rushed for them to create two images, but it all got done no problem. I was extremely happy. So happy in fact that I didn't even shop around this year, I just went back to them. I remembered how two weeks felt rushed, so this time I ordered with four weeks. I ordered on the phone and expressed why I was ordering so early, and I wanted to make sure my order was placed now, and not "put on hold" until the two week period. They assured me it was, and even said I'd probably have proofs of images in a few days. Fast forward until there are FIVE business days remaining, and I haven't heard a single word. I believe that if I did not email them with my disappointment at this stage, I would not have had my order fulfilled. After I emailed them, the next day they sent me proofs. At this stage, it was rushed. We had 5 days left. The first proof was a rough proof, and wasn't really what I wanted. I provided a lot of feedback when I asked for adjustments. The next day I got new proofs, about 90% of it was completely ignored. For example, one of my issues was the image was basically under the armpit. That wasn't addressed, did someone not think I wouldn't notice? In the end, I got my shirts that were mostly to my satisfaction. There were a few things I wanted changed, but there just wasn't enough time. I wasn't asking for any more changes with 1 day left, because if they didn't work out, then what? Last year, I rated their service as the best possible, this year it's the lowest possible. Next year I will be at the very least shopping around, and more than likely try someone else. After this experience, I need to see if the grass is greener on the other side.

Everything went great! staff was helpful. Invoicing could be a little bit more stream line as far as separate comprehensive receipts for different CC's used on this transaction, however staff was willing to customize a receipt for me. Got what i needed in the end but had too many conversations and emails about it before it came through.
