Overall best experience. Customer service was exceptional. Mary Beth Blake was outstanding. I appreciate the time she took to help me out during "crunch time". I will be returning to order more and have passed the word to fellow Marines that like me are in charge of squadron "swag". Really I am impressed and a big thank you to Mary Beth Blake.

I though the website was clear and easy to design my item. There were lots of different pictures, fonts, colors and products to choose from. BUT I was shocked when I went to order 8 pairs of underwear that it was over $250! Way overpriced for what I was getting. I will look around for a more reasonable company.

The website was easy to use. CustomInk's employees were very efficient and personable. They e-mailed and called me to verify my design so I could get the best product possible. You could tell they valued your business. The order came in on time and looked great. I had a small problem with my order, a seam was ripped on one of twenty-seven products, but with one telephone call (to a real person) they ordered a replacement for me and offered a discount on my next order. I will definitely be using CustomInk again.

Overall, a GREAT company to work with. The support staff was super available by phone and worked hard to get my order out quickly! I had to pay for the rush job, (we were in a time crunch), but it was more than worth it :) They got it out ahead of schedule!
