The overall quality of our purchased product was great, and it the customer service was fantastic. We received our shirt order on the date that was guaranteed, and we were happy with the quality, price, color, and screen printing of our shirt. I contacted customer service to resolve a tax exemption issue, and they were so great to deal with. I would highly recommend custom ink because of their commitment to service and the production of great quality products.

I've used Custom Ink a half dozen times, and I've found my level of satisfaction to be declining, even as their prices increase. As the company has grown, it appears to have added layers of customer service representatives, teams of intellectual property administrators, and, one presumes, lawyers, to participate in the process of printing T-Shirts. The result is that I no longer feel like there a representative who is familiar with my order and will be able to assist me throughout the process of completing a purchase. Instead, I am shuffled between numerous different representatives over the course of multiple days, having to re-explain myself each time I am passed off to someone new. All while their prices go up. I've had some satisfactory experiences with Custom Ink in the past, but I'm currently looking for alternative vendors.

Let me start with my story. I sat down at the computer one random Saturday am to play with CustomInk's shirt tool. Right away I had questions and thought I would just try the "chat" function. Brodie answered right away and 1.5 hours later he was still helping me!!!! This was amazing service. He walked me through every step and after a while when he realized we needed the art department's help, he got them involved. He let me know what to expect in the coming days and that is EXACTLY what happened. He even sent a follow up email which again detailed what we talked about and what to expect. Throughout my ordering process when Brodie was out his coworkers picked up where he left off. Everything was seamless, effortless on my part and AMAZING customer service. The art department ended up having to completely redo my logo and it looks perfect. My only complaint is that they won't let me buy it to use on my truck:(. The tshirts were a reasonable price, perhaps not the cheapest but the service I recieved more than made up for it. I wanted to call Mr. Katz and let him know that Brodie, Melinda, Sam, Julia, Shelby, and Nicole were wonderful and deserve lots of accolades!!!!
