Custom ink has been very helpful in all my ordering of custom apparel. If I've had issues I was able to contact customer service and they've been extremely helpful in sorting out any issues. Packaging is great, I've had no issues with apparel being damaged, or not in good order and the products have arrived timely.

There was confusion in the order, but we resolved that.
My biggest complaint every time is shirt coming all wrinkled in bunch.
Not sure, but seems like there could be a better way to package.
