Good review except for the above. The darker gray looks good but I am upset over 10% polyester.

This has been a fabulous experience! The staff were so helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The shirts were a little shorter than I expected and the sizes ran a little small too. However, I think this is because they are already pre-shrunk?? Thank you so much!

My overall experience was pretty good. The designing process was a little tough, as all of the choices aren't as easy to figure out (I didn't realize there were more fonts under different categories) and it was hard to gauge exactly where on the tshirt the design should go, and placement was a little different than I had wanted.

My overall experience was great. The customer service was great and they were very thorough in making sure I got what I was looking for. I will use this company again.

Our tee shirts were extremely easy to design on the web site and the quality of the screen printing was a far better quality than with other online screen printing companies I have used in the past. I had a few questions that were answered cheerfully and professionally in both telephone and email responses. And! We received our order almost a week earlier than promised, making our cheer squad very happy. We will definitely be back!

The customer service was great and every helpful and understanding.

Great experience--not only were the shirts just as I wished, but the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Communication & follow-up were beyond compare. I'm sold on CustomInk, will definitely use again!

The people we dealt with on the phone were wonderful! Very helpful and patient. I would like to make sure we order from your company again but I am afraid of size issue. I did not change brands for this reason because the shirts all worked out last time...but this time the small size was very disappointing. Thank you.... I am putting "yes" on ordering again...but I'm still a little undecided but I cannot submit without answering all the questions. Thank you....

The person that helped me on the phone was STELLAR. I think her name was Katherine or something close...I'm notoriously bad about names. Anyway, she is amazingly nice and helpful. She should have a raise. : )
