Website was fun to research on. I used the phone to talk to a representative. Everyone I spoke to was VERY helpful and nice. Our shirts came out great!! We had a lot of people looking and admiring our shirts. I will come back again.

Could not have been better. Designing was easy . Ordering was a breeze. Shirts will be worn for years!

I was extremely pleased with service, speed, and accuracy but especially the customer service.

I ordered custom shirts for a family vacation celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary. I went to a local t-shirt shop to have 10 shirts made with designs on front and back. They gave me a hard time about doing 2-sided printing for a quantity under 35. I only needed 10 shirts. Instead I looked at CustomInk.com. I had some difficulty online picking adult, ladies & youth shirts on the same design so I called the 800 number for clarification. Shannon Shields was fantastic! She answered all of my questions, added all of the sizes from mens, ladies and youth shirts to the order, and adjusted my front design so it would work for all of the shirt sizes. The order was a rush as I needed the shirts in 2 weeks and the order arrived after only 10 days. They are exactly what I wanted and the quality is excellent! Can't thank you enough!

I love your selection of clipart, color and styles, and that I could design something unique, since the logo makes an impact on advertising and client's decision to wear them. I appreciated how fast you shipped, how user friendly your website was and the reminder emails for my order. Thank you very much. I will use your company annually however order larger shirts!

I was put in charge of our family reunion tee shirts. I have absolutely no design skills so I was really happy to find a design we could easily change. When I tried I was having a difficult time so I called customer service and they fixed it for me. It was really easy to create a custom tee shirt for someone who has no skill at all. Thanks for making it so easy! Everyone was shocked that I actually did it myself with the help of your company and staff. Thanks for such a great service!
