CustomInk was REALLY helpful. I recommend calling before you place your order, because it really gave me a boost of confidence in sending in my $400 sweatshirt order. Knowing that you have discussed what you want over the phone is just that much more confidence that you will have the product you are looking for! I will definitely be ordering from CustomInk again. Everything about it was pleasant.

All the representatives who spoke with me were very helpful and tried their best to assist me in getting exactly what I requested as well as giving helpful suggestions. Couldn't have asked for more. Also, the delivery dates were as promised (or earlier!). thank you.

For the second time, I am very pleased with my experience. The website was very easy to use, and when I called customer service with a question, they were very helpful. Shipping was very quick and all of our girls loved them!

Although I spoke with customer service in detail about my order most of not all the hoodies are too small for the players. This will/has caused a huge problem for our banquet today. Can someone tell me if I send them back in good order can some type of credit be given to replace the shirts so we can reorder for them to fit. I really apologize for the oversight and did everything in my power to explain to the representative what we needed and her son plays football too so I took her advice to ensure I was ordering correctly. I know she did her best and these things vary I looked at the sizing chart and all but they will not work at all for most of them some will fit - please let me know what can be done. I had an unbelievable experience with CustomInk. I worked with Keshan to improve my design. He is very talented. All of the customer service people were very professional. I had t-shirts made for my daughters birthday party last year. She wears the t-shirt at least twice a week (we do wash it). I would definitely use you again!

My experience was great. The product that was delivered was exactly what I had invisioned. No surprises. The staff was very helpful and easy to work with.

Our order went smoothly. We were able to check our order before it was finalized. We received our order in a timely manner which was good because we needed our shirts for a club event.
