Amazing and fun

I love customink. I've been using you guys for 3 years now for all my tshirt needs for work events and now family events as well. Customer service is fantastic. Really great to be able to mix tshirt styles. The customer service really helps to make your product the best they can.

Pleasant, helpful and quick :)

Decent service, great product. Make sure that you have either completed created the picture from scratch, or have a receipt confirming that you've BOUGHT the picture, or it won't be printed. But quality is great, printing is excellent. Just time consuming if they believe it's a picture you don't own completely and fully.

I am very pleased with customink and will spread the word to anyone that needs printed tshirts

Except for feeling like one adjustment during the review process did not get made, everything was good. Customer service, especially my initial salesperson, was wonderful. Screen printing was great and the clean-up of the logo looks great. Overall happy, but I did feel that I had to put a lot of work into getting the order right, with great custom ink assistance, and so that's why I was disappointed that it wasn't exactly right. 8/10, would order again. :)

I originally spotted a Custom Ink commercial on Direct TV. It was perfect timing because I needed some shirts. I work with computer systems including web sites and I have to say, Custom Ink's site works very well for designing and ordering custom t-shirts. I designed the shirt I wanted, shared it with others and chose my final design all from the web site. I made at least two phone calls asking questions before the final call where I placed my order. Each call was met with professionalism and patience, I am very satisfied with those calls. I asked them many questions and they made me feel as if each question was relevant. That is a key that many businesses fail to meet. I ordered my shirts, they arrived two days earlier than expected and are exactly what I ordered. The packaging was first rate and the follow up survey was perfectly timed. I actually cannot wait to order more from Custom Ink. Custom Ink certainty did their homework about customer service. I had a great experience.

Honestly I am shocked at how good you guys are- highest recommendation!
