It is beyond me why I continue ordering with this company. Every single order has had something wrong with it. From requesting individual bagging (and not receiving it) to the printing department saying things can't be done but customer service saying they should be done (digital vs screenprinting) to wrong delivery addresses to shotty graphics. It's to the point where the typically good customer service just doesn't do it for me anymore. There are only so many times I can here "sorry" before it's meaningless. Seems like there is a HUGE disconnect between customer service and the printshop and the shipping department. How can they manage to miss individual bagging THREE TIMES even when their own CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER REQUESTS IT???? Currently looking for another shop through people I know to have my shirts printed. Not looking forward to the final few orders I'll have to place through Customink as I never know what I'm going to get.
