Excellent! I needed to contact a rep to get the youth sizes in addition to the adult (since the designer can only manage one brand of shirt at a time), and the instant-message client and the rep on the other end were both awesome. The turnaround was also ridiculously fast - seven or eight days from order to delivery. Amazing.

Loved our experience with CustomInk for our first ever summer mini-camp with our grand-kids! Having custom t-shirts makes the event so much more fun. The process couldn't have been easier - lots of product to choose from, super design assistance and fast delivery. We are CustomInk fans, for sure!!

Very satisfied. Customer service was very helpful. We will be giving the shirts to our family at a family reunion which has not happened yet so I don't have a strong opinion on the quality of the actual shirt yet.

Website easy and intuitive to use ... talked thru some questions, then placed order via phone. Talked to 2 folks ... both were very helpful, great advice (and warnings!) about choices. Shipment showed up earlier than advised ... always nice! Shirts look as great in persons as online. (Nice branding w/CustomInk 'squid' stickers, by the way!) And ... shirts are for an Alzheimer's fund-raiser ride this summer. In a delightful surprise, heard from Laney, who told me CustomInk would make a donation to our cause ... and did! Much appreciated, and memorable gesture. We'll be back ... and recommend CustomInk to whomever asks about our shirts!!
