My family reunion t-shirt order, with seven different colors and two different brands of shirt, was obviously complicated. That said, I could not be happier with the customer service I received. I'm sure I called at least ten times with different adjustments, additions,etc. and was really impressed by the way each person I spoke to knew what was going on. Because of the simple ordering process, I also loved being able to have my cousins do the ordering themselves. Our shirts arrived as promised, and we couldn't be happier with the shirts. I would definitely recommend Custom Ink to anyone looking for quality service and product to match. Thank you!
