My product was exactly what I wanted. My uploaded design was not blurry. I received my order in a timely manner. The update emails were great to receive and were very helpful. The customer service, however, was the cherry on top. It was the most excellent I have seen in a while.

When I received my order in the mail, I was actually surprised at how quickly it arrived. I was anticipating it a week later. I actually wanted to write a good review for Customink right when I got the order just because how quickly and how accommodating they have been. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered some pocketed shirts, folks. 30ish. Here is why I am giving a low rating The logos screen printed on the front pocket looked nothing like the preview (much smaller, actually) and they were not centered or flattened--they were sideways and diagonal a bit, and looked bad. I almost returned all of them, but I gave them out anyway because people wanted them anyway. It is, though, absolute bullshit that I spend almost 500 dollars on some t-shirts from a professional company, and the logos on the pocket were off-center and diagonal. They look like they were printed without a single check or sliver of effort. The back logo looked ok, but I designed it so it should. The shirts themselves were fine, nothing special though. Speaking of the customer service, the person who edited my designs at first was entirely incompetent. Spelled one of the 4 words on the shirt wrong in a different font, even after i uploaded a perfectly good logo. I almost accidentally clicked accept and I would have been even angrier. She changed the font too. Only after detailed instructions did the shirts return to something close to how good they had been before she got her hands on them, and even then... They still were a letdown
