We had originally heard about CustomInk through another department. When it came time to create our shirts, the website was informative and offered plenty of design options. Some minor changes were made to our original logo during the proofing process but, within a day of submitting a request for a few tweaks, the re-proofed design looked even better than before! The shirts arrived two days earlier than expected (there wasn't even a delay for the proof modifications) and everyone was amazed at the quality. We will definitely be considering CustomInk for next year's shirts and highly recommend their services. Great job!

For some reason the guide box for shirt creation wasn't correct on this shirt. So while I created it within the youth box apparently my design was still too big. My options were to pay more money to make adjustments or the company would make the designs smaller on all, which essentially meant the adult shirt writing would be VERY small in relationship to the rest of the shirt. After calling and talking with West, he offered some solutions. I eventually just went with making the design smaller as it seemed like the lesser of the evils. It looks a bit random and with the fact that shirts run like 2-3 sizes smaller than stated, this order may have been a bit of a waste of money for us. We won't use them more than the one day we just have to have them. The only good thing in the process was West. He went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we found a workable solution. Just unfortunately didn't work out for us. Word to the wise, when american apparel says runs small, they mean the shirt will fit like a muscle tee. I have ordered from custom ink for years and never had this experience. So it's definitely not common place. But I think in the future I will get some other quotes. I think a place that will give you a sample shirt when there are cases such as this (the technology isn't allowing product creation and the client is ordering over 50 shirts) would be best.
