Custom Ink has the BEST customer service! I had a problem with my order that was my fault and they immediately corrected it and sent me another proof. It is so easy to use and navigate this website. This is the second order that I have placed with Custom Ink and both times, it was perfect! Great job!

I'm surprised that I have not received any communication yet about my complaint. One of my orders did come out correct and the shirts were printed correctly and did not peel off after the first wash, that is why I gave an "okay" description below for my overall experience.

Overall, I again loved my experience with Custom Ink. The website is super user friendly and allows easy and creative designs. My one suggestion would be to make the product selection at the end of the process easier to navigate. While I really appreciate the large number of products that can be chosen for my design, finding the right product felt at times overwhelming (eg is there a way to sort for, say, shirts that are available in a specific color, size, fabric combination?). One last minor suggestion, if the product processing is delayed from the original estimated shipping date, I suggest shooting an email to let customers know that you are working on the order but that unexpected delays in the production have come up. That would save time on my end on not having to go back to the site and check where things are.
