The customer service staff is GREAT !!! Very easy to work with on the phone, knew exactly how to handle an update to our order. Shipping is efficient as well. I wish you offered more products, that I could order more (ie. beach towels).

I was extremely pleased with the service. I had one issue with a payment not going through and I called and it was taken care of right away! I am definitely going to continue to use Custom Ink in the future. I have not found anything better on the web.

I ordered many shirts for a friends vacation that we will be going on. From the ease of the website to dealing with Customer Service in regards to questions and ordering, I found the entire process so easy. The Customer Service reps that I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. I also received my order well before the expected delivery date. I will definitely order for any future projects :)

Love the people I have dealt with and packaging and printing was awesome, prices are a little high and have had problems with sizing of hoodys need bigger stuff!!!

Love you guys! I always have a great experience designing, ordering and receiving my shirts. This is the 3rd time I've ordered with CustomInk and it won't be the last. I ordered t-shirts for a personal Italy trip and for two different day camps and I've not been disappointed. The website is easy to use, the customer service reps are friendly and super helpful, customization is easy, packing is perfect and I get my items quickly. No one beats CustomInk.

I tip my had to the Staff at CustomInk!! You guys are so Ace at dealing with Last minute bands who lack a whole lot of organization, and you stick to your commited dates and pulled threw on the first 2 orders we've done with you. With a new layed out logo in the works for us, we will be interested in doing buisness with Customink again very shortly.

The web-site was very easy to use. Customer service was amazing!! I will definitely use CustomInk again, and would recomend them to others.
