At times I had difficulty getting issues resolved when I called customer service and they didn't always have answers to my questions. Ultimately, everyone was pretty great! Sean worked a lot with me to ensure I got the product I wanted! The design was created quickly and I received the order on time. All of the changes were made correctly in the end and my group loved the shirts, especially for being a different design then what they signed up for. I would recommend CustomInk. I didn't realize until after I placed my order that I could do an order form.. so that would've made life a lot easier when placing the order, rather than trying to collect everyone's money.

Website ordering is pretty easy to do. Follow up emails take you through layout approval and shipping tracking. I contacted customer service about a shipping question and Matt Blanchard was very helpful. While he was helping me he took the time to look at my order and ended up saving me approximately $15.

The shirts were fine. Ordering jackets was a different process. I ordered them the same time I ordered the shirts but sizes kept going out of stock and I had the change the design.
