The experience with custom ink was in all ways positive. The image selection was robust and the ease of design was appreciated. I also appreciated the size selection as I was buying for 7 kids all different ages.

There are not enough GOOD words in the English dictionary to describe my experience with CustomInk. This is the second year we've used you guys and the Customer Service is unparallel to any other place I've ever had to work with. From beginning to end, you guys make sure everything is going smoothly and really take the stress out of designing a t-shirt as well as the ordering & delivery process. CustomInk even donated to our charity, which was amazing and way beyond the scope of anything I expected. I currently, and will continue to do so, reccommend CustomInk to anyone for their t-shirt needs!! If EVERY company in America operated the way you guys do, we would have a lot LESS problems in this country. THANK YOU CUSTOMINK!!

We are SO excited about our matching family raglan baseball tees for our youngest son's baseball themed 1st birthday party. Finding a place to get the same shirt & design for all our size needs was impossible until I found CustomInk... through y'all, I was able to order for the little ones through our teen all the way into multiple x sizes for adults. The website was great to use & set up our own special designs! Above all else... the customer service was easy to access, friendly & phenomenal at their jobs! They 'know' customer service!! From helping us set up our initial planned order to adding in ones at last minute for our caregivers (they were super excited & wanted one too when they found out!) to helping me order another size after the fact when I went a little overkill on up-sizing mine... and really friendly & personable through it all! If I called with a 'any chance'/'might as well ask & see' question - sure enough, they happily made it happen! They were 200% helpful, kind & FABULOUS! Our tees are GREAT, the babies & adults are super excited & we can't wait to wear them all together for our little man's special day (& I'm pretty sure other times in the future too)! We'll be sending pics after our event next weekend :) We will without a doubt only use this company any time we consider something of this nature in the future & certainly recommend to anyone looking for similar! I ordered 22 shirts for family members for my Father's 70th birthday and was delighted with the finished product. From the variety of shirt styles, colors & sizes (adult XL to youth XS!) to the easy-to-use design tools, to the lightning fast proof, to the personal phone call to double check a design element, to the prompt delivery, every stage of the transaction exceeded expectation.

Kudos to CustomInk for its customer service. I hugely appreciated reaching Caroline at almost 10 p.m EST, and having her process our custom changes before 11 that night. And while we were ready to pay extra for faster shipping (we had a deadline), she assured us that the shirts would arrive before we needed them, and even pushed the arrival date forward a day or two (and they arrived on schedule).

CustomInk is so great! This was my third order, and everyone I have worked with has been fantastic. The process is easy, the folks are helpful, and the product is just perfect. Thank you so much!
