The web interface for ordering can get the order process started with basic information (colors, placement, names/numbers on back of shirt, etc.), but could stand to be a little more functional with a broader shopping cart. I wanted shirts and hats with the same logo, and the only way to do this through the site is by multiple orders. It wasn't until I called customer service that we really got into a deal for all the items ordered. Logan was extremely helpful and courteous, including improving our logo for printing. We were ordering a little close to our deadline, but we received our package just in time as promised. I would recommend CustomInk for quality, and pricing becomes better with larger orders.

These weren't the cheapest hats I could order online, but I liked how I could really customize not just the color of letters on my hats, but additionally the color of the outline around the letters. Plus, from your websites I could choose very modern fonts and thought it had a fantastic interface. I was surprised by the excellent customer service --received updates about my order every step of the way. Delivery came early.

Customer service was very good, but seems to be a problem sometimes with the art department trying to include our changes into the design. It would be nice if they could return multiple options instead of just one, so you could pick the one that works the best. Plus, when you get an email with the design, it should stay linked to that email. When they make a change it changes the design on ALL the emails so you cannot go back and compare the old design with the new changes, unless you saved all the design options on your own computer. T-Shirt order went great, had problems with the hat design changes.
