The people at CustomInk are superior. However, I do NOT like the slow slog through email to give my approval for design. My most recent project was designed and concluded in approx. 30 seconds over the phone. I'm STILL waiting for my email design approval despite my giving the go-ahead via phone. I've already paid for it. We're great customers. Cut us some slack. We do this for charity. Thanks, Jeff Frederiksen
