Your customer service was fantastic. The process of creating the shirt designs and proofing them was also great. The only issue I had was the quality of the actual polo shirt itself, which is pretty awful/ cheap. I think it will be a struggle to get my employees to wear the polo shirts as a result, and I don't expect the polos to last very long. I wish you had an option where we could have "embroidery only" - I would buy the shirts myself and make sure they fit and were high quality enough the the guys who work for me will enjoy wearing them - and then I would send you the shirts and you would embroider them for me. If that's not possible, then I would suggest that you add many more images of the product itself on your website - up-close fabric samples (actual photos), the actual shirt on a man and on a woman, maybe a video. Zappos.com does a great job at this - you should replicate their shopping experience. I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the shirt itself, and that's a shame since everything else you did for me (including the embroidery on the shirt!) was fantastic!
