While chatting with a customer service rep there was some confusion about whether a rush shipping charge would be discounted. Not a major deal but the rep said it was included then added it - a difference of a few hundred dollars.

I was very, very happy with the customer support. I needed the shirts a day earlier than their delivery, and I was able to connect with two different helpful customer service people. Because the order was already far along, they were able to make sure it got delivered a day early, which was SO helpful.

We had an issue with the last order we placed with customink. Some how the order that we placed for men's and ladies polos was transposed. We needed the shirts at that time so we had to make due with the order we received but had to cancel our third order placed for these polos since our inventory of employee polos was out of sorts. I had to place this order as a correction of the last order and was pleased with Jude's attention to the issue. He rectified the issue and assured us that the shipping would happen asap.
