I am in love with this company- if I had a rate a company with the best customer service that I've experienced in the past year- it would be without a doubt CustomInk. I've never raved about a company on my Facebook page- but I did with CustomInk. They actually respond to emails, phone calls and even TEXT messages with a REAL person (thanks Jenny) not an automated reply. I was flabergasted when I actually spoke to the same person who sent me the order confirmation details. As well, they found a typo that I made in my proof and brought it to my attention- instead of just pushing it through. And on top of that, they contributed to the charity that I was ordering the shirts for--- I simply cannot say enough about how good it is to find a company who knows how to do it right!

Overall customer support was very good. We will consider coming back to Customink (if we are confident that we can resolve some of these printing issues). I also think you should have better selection of tech shirts - especially for women's.

I found the website very easy to follow and user friendly. The only part I was unclear on was choosing the colour from the colour pallet. When I discussed this with a customer service representative she explained that you would try to match the colour of our logo.....the information didn't explain that this was going to happen (not that I saw anyway). I was also unsure if I would still receive a discount if I was ordering 25 white shirts and 25 black shirts. Once I called everything was explained and I was happy to still receive a bulk discount. The lady I talked to on the phone was GREAT! Customer service was excellent throughout the entire process.....Thanks! I would definitely order from CustomInk again. I live in the Turks and Caicos and we do not have a place on island that can make custom t-shirts. I will recommend custom ink to other companies on the island.
