Exceptional customer service and amazing turnaround time. I have used other printers in the past, and this has been by far my best experience. Will definitely recommend to all my friend.

My overall experience was GREAT I am a BAD procrastinator and so with no avail I waited till 7 or 8 days till I had to have them and customInk came thru and got my shirts to me right on time! The customer service was AWESome every person I spoke with was VERY friendly and very helpful! Will order again in the future!

I ordered at least 10 jerseys for a soccer team that I put together, and let me just say that the quality of the shirt, along with the screen printed logo and numbers, was absolutely great! Could not have asked for a better outcome. Also, I got everything within 1 week. Everything was as ordered. My only complaint would be that it was a little bit costly, but hey, you get what you pay for. Satisfied customer!!

Custom Ink was great. They have so many shirt, graphic, font and color choices. And when I called the next day to change a shirt size a person actually answered the phone and had it taken care of in less than a minute. Unusual these days.

I had been a little panicked because I had to make a very large order and I needed it to come quick. My customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and speedy! She helped me get everything done so quickly and all 6 boxes of clothes showed up in less than a week. Great customer service, A+!

The website user interface and customer service are excellent. It was very easy to create a design, then modify it whenever I wanted. It's nice to create and have access to multiple different designs, and also have the most up-to-date versions available via email. I'm particularly impressed by the human element of making small aesthetic adjustments as needed before validating that I approve of the final design.
