I had such a positive experience with CustomInk, start to finish. I found the website very easy to use, and I loved being able to see my uploaded design on the t-shirt I planned to purchase. I also found the customer service to be great. Jasmine took my order over the phone, and went above and beyond to make sure that we could get an extra shirt for the friend we're running a relay race for, who was recently diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. I know it means a lot to her (and to us) to be able to include her on our "team." Thank you so much.

Customink has always been extreamly profesional and quick with our orders.
This is my first time working with CustomInk and would highly recommend it to others! The process of uploading and playing with the design on the website was easy. I also had to call in the order b/c of timing and the representative, Mia, was very helpful, added suggestions to the design that made it better....the entire process took 15 minutes and was great! The shirts arrived right on time, great quality of material and color was true to the website! I will definitely work with CustomInk again--GREAT JOB!!!
The process was fast and easy and the quality was good. I just wish the fabric was a little nicer. We picked the athletic dry weave and it's really not in my opinion.

Great experience. Ordering by phone went good and was quick. I received confirmation and tracking information quickly and the shirts were delivered quicker then I anticipated. Great ordering experience all around. I ordered shirts through CustomInk last year and I had the same experience, which is why I returned.

Both times I called to order, then reorder, the CS agent was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for hiring people on the United States. I enjoyed talking about other things other than just the business at hand. It made for that extra touch. The shirts turned out great as well.

What great shirts! Working with everyone at CustomInk was easy and they were really responsive ,helping us get shirt designed, pick out the right shirt, etc. I ordered 12 for a relay race we were running in OR - I was in MI getting things organized and then had them sent to OR a few days before the race. When I handed them out, the team members were so excited. They proudly wore them for every leg of the race and it was great because we could see the next runner coming down the road with the hot coral color we had chosen. We got lots of compliments from other teams about our shirts and inquiries about where we had ordered them. Thanks!

CustomInk has a very good concept. The process was easy and the customer service is by best I have encountered in a very long time. Every employee I spoke with was knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated being able to speak to a person even late at night and on the weekends, since mine was a short-turnaround order. The company even helped me get a 3-day rush order to my families before a holiday weekend. The only thing that I did not like was the pricing of a supplemental order that was based on an existing design. We placed four orders for $2,000 worth of merchandise and then I had to do a supplemental for about 8 more shirts. The price per shirt jumped nearly 100% because of the small number of shirts in the supplemental order, which I did not understand, appreciate, or agree with, nor was this explained to me at the beginning of the process. When the design is already set and a customer just needs a few more, what is the point in charging them so much more? It can cost 100% more to run the second sets of shirts than the first. This policy is very off-putting and soured for me what had been a really great experience.
