I was Lead to believe that the expert artist would have matched the color of the uploaded image with the numbers. Some smearing that occurred on the prints were not terrible by any means, but brought on questions from my teammates. Overall great customer service but execution of design may lead me to look elsewhere in the future.

After learning of a hiccup in the first stages of accepting the design of the shirt, the customer service team reached out to me to help fix this. This resulted in one of the greatest customer service experiences I've ever had. The service team explained the problem with he design, explained how this could be fixed and the result was one of the best shirt designs I have made on this site. The jersey was for a memorial softball tournament for a friend that passed away, the jersey was absolutely perfect for this event, and the service team made that happen seemlessly. Very impressed
