The would caution anyone from Indiana or anyone with their own logo to contact the company instead of trying to do your order online. They don't accept Indiana PO's and their website crashes sometimes while tweaking your design. The end product is worth the effort though. I ordered a medium grade shirt and got an excellent product. I am very happy so for with the product.

Very good customer service over the phone.

The shirts arrived a day early, and my students raved about the final product. They like the shirts and they like the quality of the printing job. I pay a little more at Customink than I would locally, but it is worth it for the service, artwork help, and always on time arrival. My time is worth more to me than a few dollars and the hassle of checking back twelve or fourteen times to make sure I will have my shirts on time like I have many times with local tshirt printers. The final artwork on our latest shirt required some tweaking to get it just right, and even after it was tweaked, the Customink artist was not satisfied, tweaked it again, and it was perfect. Everyone I have dealt with has been personable and professional. I highly recommend this company for reliable, professional results.

The website is not user friendly on an Ipad

You guys are always fantastic. Shirts look great. I just wish there were a few lighter color selection of shirts (like light grey and light blue, etc) to avoid the dark colors in certain styles. The website is user friendly and on the phone you do everything possible to get the price even lower. The only issue that I had was the amount invoiced didn't match what I was charged - I know that with a phone call, you'll resolve it. And a couple of the shirts ordered seemed to get some color transfer on other areas of the shirts. Overall, you guys are the best and I will order from you again and again!
