Overall I was impressed with how well the shirts turned out better than I had imagined. I did wish however that the custom ink logo we added for advertising purposes could have been asjusted in size. It almost turned out to be as large as my biggest sponsors logo which didn't seem quite fair as they gave the biggest donation to my running cause. I also was not the happiest camper when I found out there was a minimum of shirts I had to order just to get a as you guys call them a "performance shirt". I also wish there had been a way I could of printed on my running Jersey but I understand.

I have ordered custom shirts and jersey's numerous times for sports clubs and other events before, this was a great experience! The shirts came as ordered in the proofs and looked outstanding, and those who received the shirts agreed. The customer service team (Rachel F.) was very helpful and friendly; that makes or breaks anyone's experience with a company, great job. I will be ordering in the future I can promise you that. I would consider lowering your price per unit, for I have ordered the same quantity from Nike and Adidas before and to my surprise the apparel (with printing) was cheaper. I believe you could increase the volume of sales with a lower price. If clients can get name brand apparel at a lower cost than what you are selling, you are going to be missing out on sales. You could possibly purchase a more diverse selection of gear as well, from reputable companies such as Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, ect. This could also be more appealing to some clients that are interested in those name brands.

CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!.....was Exxxxccceeeellleennnttttt!!!!!!!!.....I literally spoke to a different rep going back and forth with my design 7 times, just to get it right, and everyone one of them were supportive, helpful, suggestive, PATIENT and understanding toward my concerns. The customer service plays a HUGE role in me doing business with you guys in the future as well as recommending you to others.

Custom ink was extremely responsive to my and my moms questions, delivered shirts in only a week. I was incredibly impressed by Custom ink's website, speed, final product, etc.
