The proof approval process included a couple revisions. This process was much better than expected. My only issue is the price per shirt. I came to custom ink with the preconceived notion that a large t-shirt printing business leveraging technology would offer me, a small business owner, with a lower priced alternative to my local print shop. That turned out not to be true.

Awesome customer support by phone! Please add a delete button when a previous design has been replaced. I had trouble keeping my designs organized when I was finally ready to order. The shirts look great!
